To size there are three options
Take a strip of paper 5-10 mm wide and wrap it around the thickest part of your finger. Measure the circumference and let us know in mm or cms the total length. Usually the knuckle of the preferred finger is the biggest part make it a snug fit not too tight or loose.
Measure a ring you wear across the Diameter and advise usually but not always around 20 mm for a man.
Go to a jeweller to have your finger sized.
